i stayed here for 2 days and would definitely go back. everything was wonderful, ideal location very close to the center, the railway station,two metro stops, and guest house lilia, really great experience. hospitable staff who cared about me.

The building is lovely, offering great value rooms with a big balcony and a shower. the rooms include amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge. the location is great, right in the middle of the city.

Beautiful and lovely hotel in a really quiet area right by the railway station and the center of attention. Good value for money and clean room with a shared bathroom and a balcony. - Super location, within walking distance of everywhere.

I recently stayed at a wonderful guesthouse in Yerevan for a few days. The property was clean and well-organized, with all the basic amenities in the shared bathroom and toilet. Some rooms even had a spacious balcony where you can relax and hang clothes. What truly stood out was the location, just a short 5-10 minute walk from a metro station and the railway station. The hosts, Lilia and Karina, were incredibly kind and welcoming, offering coffee, tea. If you're looking for a local experience in Armenia, this is the perfect place to consider.

Excellent value for money. Small balcony with a beautiful view. Quiet location but still easily accessible by public transportation. Friendly and hospitable hosts. Immersive experience of Armenian family life.
Felt at home instantly, no complaints at all.
